Why Is Yakult Good For Filipinos?

This may not be the first step for others but I consider this very important. Also, this article is not for those who wants to know where to buy Yakult. This is not a paid write-up.

Why is Yakult good for Filipinos?

I bet you always drink Yakult in the Philippines. Why is it good for the body? We were always told by our parents that Yakult aids in proper digestion by introducing good bacteria in our tummies, right?

This is same of what you will do in Canada. In order for you to live an emotionally healthy life (you will always have negative thoughts, and it is harder for those who don't have their families with them), you have to introduce positive vibes by building your new network of friends, right away! Why? Because it is the first thing you will miss: your family and friends. You have to build the same kind of support system in your new environment.

In choosing, make sure you balance it. Befriend Canadians. Try to maintain a 50-50 ratio. Not only Filipinos. It will be healthy to take a different view of things especially when loneliness and desperation struck you. We used to hear the saying if a rotten tomato is mixed with good ones, expect them to rot soon. Stay away from negative people. Period.

Start by getting friends from the church, library, local groceries etc. Here in Canada, at least in the town where I am at, I usually see senior citizens at the church. There are very few young adults. But even though,  I have felt love and appreciation from the elders. And they love Pinoys! If you want to learn about Canadian culture, they are the best resource.
